Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused orders are only processed after the returned package has been received and reviewed by the SugarMute support team.
SugarMute primarily ships via United Parcel Service (UPS). While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.

International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases up to 8–12 weeks, depending on customs processing times. SugarMute is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional fees that may apply based on geographic location.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since we begin processing orders immediately after purchase, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
